Did you know knights still exist? Friday at Westminster Abbey, Queen Elizabeth participated in the installation of the knights of the Order of the Bath, and she's never looked more regal. The queen only attends the ancient ritual every eight years . Created in 1725 by Prince George's predecessor King George I, the order is made up of knights, dames, and companions. Twelve new knights were installed today, filling the spots of those who have passed since the last ceremony four years ago. As the monarch, Queen Elizabeth is the head of the order. And with her shiny tiara and impressive robes, she looked all the part. At 88, the queen, who is hipper than you thought , doesn't look like she's slowing down.
