Rachel Bilson chose a white, ruffled Chloé dress paired with spiked Brian Atwood booties and her signature ombré waves for tonight's Teen Choice Awards in LA. It's been a busy Summer for the actress as she steadily preps for her upcoming return to the small screen in the CW's Hart of Dixie. Rachel plays Dr. Zoe Hart, a tough Manhattan doctor that lands a job in the South in order to improve her bedside manner, and in Rachel's own words, she finds herself a "fish out of water" navigating through unfamiliar territory.
