girla posted a delicious looking Mediterranean Olive Bread and while hers looks good, I was still a little haunted by my last attempt for an olive bread! I used girla's recipe replacing the almond milk for cow milk and the egg replacer for three California eggs (not subject to the recall)! Also, I thought I had walnuts and while I had nearly every other nut in my house, walnuts were no where to be found, so I just left them out. With her step by step pictures, once I mixed mine I was convinced I had mis-measured a liquid. After reviewing the recipe, it all looked right, so I decided to give it a chance even if it wasn't as stiff. I am glad I did, I did have to cook it a little bit longer. Fresh from the oven, I dipped it in a little olive oil and fig balsamic, simply delicious!
