The Reese and Ryan Split is Official

It's official - Reese has filed for divorce from Ryan. Reese filed papers today, and TMZ reports she's asking for joint legal custody of Ava and Deacon, and primary physical custody of the kids. She's also requesting to not pay Ryan any spousal support, and "exclusive use of the family residence." It's a sad day - the separation of one of our favorite Hollywood couples is for real.

I can see your point and at the same time, understand why you would make his life a living hell. However, you living your life to make his life a miserable will only make you miserable for the rest of your life. No? Keep it simple. Communication is key-- BIG TIME! Remember, if the store is closed, there's one open around the corner ; ))

I have been married for 10 years and we were together before that for 12 and we have 2 children. I don't know what I would do if my husband cheated on me. If it was the first time he did it, If he regreted what he did, and was SINCERLY sorry for what he did, I would like to think that I would try to work it out because, is one mistake really worth throwing away 22 years of happiness and absolutely flipping your kids' lives upside down? Not to atleast try your best to work it out just seems a little selfish to me. BUT if he did it again, I would go OUT OF MY WAY to make his life miserable UNTIL THE DAY HE DIED!!!!! Does anyone feel the same way or am I being stupid?

Reese will likely have to pay spousal support whether she likes it or not, because she is the MAJOR breadwinner in that household, and he has been with her through most of her money-making career.

Awwww...this IS sad! I'm a big fan of Reese, and I was really hoping that she would actually be one half of a lasting couple in Hollywood...but marriages in Hollywood never last anymore.
