A smiling Reese Witherspoon arrived on the LA set of a commercial yesterday in a Stand Up 2 Cancer t-shirt and skinny jeans. Reese has a long-standing relationship with the SU2C organization, in addition to her ongoing philanthropic work with Avon's Walk for Breast Cancer campaign. Her Avon ambassador responsibilities took Reese around the globe earlier this month to celebrate the company's 125th anniversary. Reese made fashionable stops in Moscow and Warsaw, also handing out large donations to domestic violence organizations along the way. Her travel plans continued closer to home over the weekend when Reese, Jim Toth, Ava, and Deacon Phillippe visited Nashville together.

Reese made her "Stand Up to Cancer" appearance as charity. She didn't get paid for it. My family is the one in the commercial with her. It was an awesome experience!

I'm not questioning Reese's work with SU2C. But why you and others continue to call her work with Avon "philanthropic" is beyond me. She gets paid very well for her "charity work" with Avon.
