Reese Witherspoon Reps the Atlanta Police Department
Reese Witherspoon and her husband, Jim Toth, landed at LAX with their son Tennessee last night. The trio arrived on a flight from Atlanta, where Reese has been busy filming The Good Lie. Georgia is also the location of her and Jim's arrest late last month, which they both paid for at a court hearing last week. Reese received a fine for her disorderly conduct charge, and Jim will be on probation and perform community service for his charge of driving under the influence of alcohol. It appears they're making amends after the legal troubles, though, since Reese wore a Atlanta Police Department hat during her travels. The police department has been in the spotlight this week as well with videos of Reese and Jim's arrest being released. Before the tapes hit the Internet, Reese stopped by Good Morning America to address the incident, saying, "We know better."
Ryan Gosling, Reese Witherspoon, George Clooney, and More Stars on Set
Celebrities made appearances on location all over the world for their big- and small-screen projects this week. Ryan Gosling got to work directing How to Catch a Monster in Detroit, while George Clooney kept up filming for The Monuments Men in Germany. Despite Reese Witherspoon's headline-making arrest, she was back in front of the cameras in Atlanta for The Good Lie, and in NYC, Allison Williams showed off her upper-body strength while working on season three of Girls. More Outrageous Reese Witherspoon Arrest Videos Emerge — Updated!

Update 2: E! has even more Reese video from the evening. In it, Reese once again talks about being pregnant, saying, "I am pregnant, early pregnant, it's an early pregnancy." On GMA, Reese said that she is not, in fact, pregnant.
Update 1: TMZ has more videos from the night Reese Witherspoon and Jim Toth were arrested, including audio of Jim telling Reese, "You wouldn't listen to what he said to do, and you kept getting out of the car. Now you've turned it . . . You just turned it really bad. It was my bad." Watch the new videos on TMZ.
We had a hunch this would leak! The Reese Witherspoon arrest videos taken from the dashboard of the cop car are out, and the people at TMZ got their hands on them. There are three videos in total — one showing Reese getting handcuffed while she fights with an officer about her rights as an American citizen, another where Reese tries to tell the cop that she is pregnant and needs to get out of the car to use the bathroom, and a third where it's mostly Reese's husband, Jim Toth, taking his Breathalyzer test.
It's been quite a big day of news in Reese's disorderly conduct and Jim's DUI cases. Reese talked about her arrest on Good Morning America this week and once again explained how sorry she is about what happened. Reese and Jim also submitted pleas. Reese pleaded no contest and had to pay a fine, while Jim pleaded guilty for his DUI and has probation for a year, community service, and more.
Now, the grainy video taken from the dashboard of the cop car has been released, and you can watch Reese's arrest on TMZ. Just as she described, Reese was clearly worried about husband Jim, who stayed calm throughout. At least after today, Reese can move on with her work, and hopefully she's learned a lesson from this whole ordeal.

Good Girl Gone Bad: Reese Witherspoon's Sexiest Looks
Surprising arrest and arrest videos aside, Reese Witherspoon has maintained her status as America's sweetheart since breaking onto the scene in the 1991 film The Man in the Moon. Since we've come to expect the blond actress to also dress the part of red carpet sweetheart (with Louis Vuitton and Nina Ricci creating gowns just for her), we're playing devil's advocate today. Instead of the usual Witherspoon fare, we're looking to her sexier side for a glimpse of the good girl gone bad. Her Water For Elephants promo tour gave way to some seriously formfitting (read: corset bodices) minidresses from Stella McCartney and Zac Posen, and most recently, she stepped out in a dangerously short LBD by Saint Laurent at the Mud premiere in NYC. While we have a feeling Witherspoon will always be the classic style-setter at heart, we've got to admit: we love when she surprises us.

Video: Reese Witherspoon Finally Opens Up About Her Shocking Arrest
Reese Witherspoon opened up on Good Morning America today to discuss the arrest of her and her husband. We have the biggest moments from her confession.
Reese Fined and Jim on Probation After Court Date
Reese Witherspoon's lawyer appeared in an Atlanta court today to plead no contest to the disorderly conduct charges that stemmed from her April arrest. She will pay a minor fine for the infraction, though her husband, Jim Toth, will face more serious consequences following his DUI charge. Jim pled guilty in front of the judge, resulting in 40 hours of community service and a 12-month probation.
Reese and Jim were both arrested last month after Jim was pulled over for suspicion of driving under the influence. Reese has since spoken out about the incident and stopped by Good Morning America today to apologize for her actions while promoting her upcoming film Mud.
Reese Witherspoon on Her Arrest: "We Know Better"
Reese Witherspoon addressed her recent arrest for disorderly conduct during a stop by Good Morning America today in NYC, where she was promoting her new movie, Mud. ABC anchor George Stephanopoulos asked Reese about her disorderly conduct charge and her husband Jim Toth's for DUI.
Reese spoke with remorse about the arrest, referring to it as "one of those nights." She said, “We thought we were fine to drive and we absolutely were not. We know better and we shouldn't have done that." Reese went on to explain her reaction further saying, "I saw him arresting my husband and I literally panicked. I told him I was pregnant. I'm not pregnant. I said all kinds of crazy things."
Reese was also apologetic for her reaction to law enforcement officials, which she expressed, saying, "I was so disrespectful to him. I have police officers in my family. I work with police officers every day. I know better. It's just unacceptable." She also added a lighthearted joke as to the possible reason for handling the situation the way she did, placing the blame on her acting career. She said, "I played a lawyer in a movie so many times I think I am a lawyer, and, clearly, I'm not a lawyer because I got arrested." Apart from today's interview, Reese will revisit the incident again later this month, as her court appearance is scheduled for May 22 in Atlanta.
