Reese Witherspoon made a smiley arrival at NYC's JFK airport with her husband, Jim Toth, last night. Reese is back to blond after she debuted her newly dyed locks at her son Deacon's soccer game in Brentwood on Saturday. She was previously sporting a darker 'do for her role in the upcoming film The Good Lie, which she filmed in Atlanta over the past month. During her stay in Georgia, Reese got into legal trouble when she was arrested for disorderly conduct while Jim was charged with a DUI. The duo seem to be moving on from the drama, though, and are getting back to their busy schedules, including their current East Coast trip.
Reese Witherspoon was all smiles when she and husband Jim Toth attended her son Deacon's soccer game in LA's Brentwood on Satrurday. The newly blond Reese is back in the LA area after wrapping up work in Atlanta, GA, where she was filming The Good Lie. She originally went brunette for the role, but it looks as if she returned to her blond hair earlier this week. She still had brown hair last Wednesday when she met up with ex-husband Ryan Phillippe at her daughter Ava's track meet in LA. Aside from work and family duties, Reese has been laying low ever since her arrest for disorderly conduct back in April. She was let go with a fine, while Jim, who was arrested that night for a DUI, was sentenced to 12 months of probation and 40 hours of community service.

Reese Witherspoon reunited with her ex-husband, Ryan Phillippe, for an afternoon with their kids, Ava and Deacon, yesterday in LA. The couple were brought together to watch Ava compete in a track meet, which Deacon came along to watch. Reese and Ryan often meet up at sporting events for their children and were last seen sharing the sidelines at Deacon's flag football game in December.
Reese returned to LA over the weekend after spending time in Atlanta on the set of The Good Lie last week. Her airport attire, which included an Atlanta Police hat, turned heads following her involvement with the organization last month. An officer from the department later questioned the authenticity of the item and revealed that they "did not send her that hat." Whether Reese was trying to make a statement or not, she's already been ordered to pay a fine for the disorderly conduct charges that were brought against her last month. Jim, however, faces more serious consequences for his DUI charge and was sentenced to a 12-month probation on top of 40 hours of community service.

Reese Witherspoon and her husband, Jim Toth, landed at LAX with their son Tennessee last night. The trio arrived on a flight from Atlanta, where Reese has been busy filming The Good Lie. Georgia is also the location of her and Jim's arrest late last month, which they both paid for at a court hearing last week. Reese received a fine for her disorderly conduct charge, and Jim will be on probation and perform community service for his charge of driving under the influence of alcohol. It appears they're making amends after the legal troubles, though, since Reese wore a Atlanta Police Department hat during her travels. The police department has been in the spotlight this week as well with videos of Reese and Jim's arrest being released. Before the tapes hit the Internet, Reese stopped by Good Morning America to address the incident, saying, "We know better."
Celebrities made appearances on location all over the world for their big- and small-screen projects this week. Ryan Gosling got to work directing How to Catch a Monster in Detroit, while George Clooney kept up filming for The Monuments Men in Germany. Despite Reese Witherspoon's headline-making arrest, she was back in front of the cameras in Atlanta for The Good Lie, and in NYC, Allison Williams showed off her upper-body strength while working on season three of Girls. Update 2: E! has even more Reese video from the evening. In it, Reese once again talks about being pregnant, saying, "I am pregnant, early pregnant, it's an early pregnancy." On GMA, Reese said that she is not, in fact, pregnant.
Update 1: TMZ has more videos from the night Reese Witherspoon and Jim Toth were arrested, including audio of Jim telling Reese, "You wouldn't listen to what he said to do, and you kept getting out of the car. Now you've turned it . . . You just turned it really bad. It was my bad." Watch the new videos on TMZ.
We had a hunch this would leak! The Reese Witherspoon arrest videos taken from the dashboard of the cop car are out, and the people at TMZ got their hands on them. There are three videos in total — one showing Reese getting handcuffed while she fights with an officer about her rights as an American citizen, another where Reese tries to tell the cop that she is pregnant and needs to get out of the car to use the bathroom, and a third where it's mostly Reese's husband, Jim Toth, taking his Breathalyzer test.
It's been quite a big day of news in Reese's disorderly conduct and Jim's DUI cases. Reese talked about her arrest on Good Morning America this week and once again explained how sorry she is about what happened. Reese and Jim also submitted pleas. Reese pleaded no contest and had to pay a fine, while Jim pleaded guilty for his DUI and has probation for a year, community service, and more.
Now, the grainy video taken from the dashboard of the cop car has been released, and you can watch Reese's arrest on TMZ. Just as she described, Reese was clearly worried about husband Jim, who stayed calm throughout. At least after today, Reese can move on with her work, and hopefully she's learned a lesson from this whole ordeal.
Surprising arrest and arrest videos aside, Reese Witherspoon has maintained her status as America's sweetheart since breaking onto the scene in the 1991 film The Man in the Moon. Since we've come to expect the blond actress to also dress the part of red carpet sweetheart (with Louis Vuitton and Nina Ricci creating gowns just for her), we're playing devil's advocate today. Instead of the usual Witherspoon fare, we're looking to her sexier side for a glimpse of the good girl gone bad. Her Water For Elephants promo tour gave way to some seriously formfitting (read: corset bodices) minidresses from Stella McCartney and Zac Posen, and most recently, she stepped out in a dangerously short LBD by Saint Laurent at the Mud premiere in NYC. While we have a feeling Witherspoon will always be the classic style-setter at heart, we've got to admit: we love when she surprises us.
