Oh so delicious. Super drippy, super thick, super addicting. Finger lickin' good :P
Preheat oven to 400F, place hazelnuts in a pan and roast for 15-20 minutes. Wrap in a kitchen towel, and grind together so the skin peels off. Don't worry if not all the skin comes off. Place in a food processor and process for 10-15 minutes, scraping down the sides as necessary.
