Robert Pattinson stepped onto the stage in Japan this morning and paramedics were standing by to help out any fans who were too overwhelmed with all the excitement and chaos. Fans lined up for hours to get a glimpse of the New Moon star with the director Chris Weitz while Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner were off being cute together in Mexico.
