the movie was ok. I thought there was zero chemistry between them and that when Reece spoke of Robert's bad cold and how disgusted she was with having to kiss him because he smelled etc. she was telling the truth as she saw it...and not thinking about how that would affect the promotion Anyway, I love RP and think he's one of the best looking guys out there. Perfect really! not so much liking Reece anymore.

I love when people come on a thread to put down an actor so they can promote another. If you're a fan of Mcevoy why are you on a Rob thread? or are you one of his PR? 2. when it comes to movies , music, art, books etc there's only one critic's opinion that matters MINE. I make that decision with my wallet. I don't need anyone to tell me what movie to see, what book to read, what music to listen to, and what I will like. I doubt I have anything in common with any of those so called critics. What do these people do anyway? Do they contribute to the creative process? NO. They just wait on ther a$$es for someone to create/do something so they can criticize it. Big effing deal. Never care what they think and never will.
I have loved their red carpet looks throughout this European Tour, but I think this is the best they have looked!

LOL. Did you what the trailer? That boring, sleepy expression is the ones that carried throughout the movie. This role should go to James McAvoy, whom I am a big fan of. To Anon#8: when is Hollywood Reporter the biggest critic? LOL. And yes, 2 positive out of more than over 200 critics.

"It's a tale tastefully told and beautifully filmed, but Water for Elephants suffers from a pronounced lack of chemistry between its leads." RT audience members gives it a 93% rating, no doubt due to the Robtards. They would be happy watching him lick a tree trunk for 2 hours.

I like her makeup. But her dress reminds me of a prostitute costume in period movie, except her dress is short. She wears it well.

It's sad when people post negative (and untrue) stuff and yet know everything about the actor and follow everything he says in an interview.
The majority of reviews of Rob's performance were favorable. Rob got rave reviews for his performance from the two biggest critics, Variety and The Hollywood Reporter.
According to the source: after the majority of bad reviews from film critics about Robert's dull performance and Reese's ineffective acting, also their no chemistry in the movie. The studio suggests both actors should act more passionately during this promotion tour. Although this is just an act, they get very cozy to each other. Reese is flirting nonstop with Rob and Robert has no problem to flirt back like he admits in recent interview "I'm a wild person, so most of my previous girlfriend are older than me". In the press conference in Barcelona, Robert even gives a hint about his intention toward Reese. he said "he's marrying an older rich woman, so he can teach tennis classes, drink w/his friends, & backpack w/his baby"
