Do You Think a "Friends" Movie Is a Good Idea?

After the success of the Sex and the City movie, we weren't that surprised to hear the rumor resurface that Friends could be the next TV show to hit the big screen. There's been talk of the project for years, but Jennifer Aniston supposedly hadn't expressed enough interest in doing the film until now. Friends is still one of our favorite shows ever, but do you think it's a good idea to make it a movie?

i cant get enough of this show. i go through all the 10 seasons within a month. i watch it all the time. i always put it on whenever im home. i never got and will never get bored of them! i definitely would watch the movie!! good or bad, dusnt matter. i wanna see them again!!!

I love Friends, im a huge fan and i think its the best show ever. Though I don't think they should make a movie, because it ended perfectly and they should leave and move on.

I'd Love if the all 6 are together in 1 movie but not friends movie you know what i mean ?? No more Rachel , ross , monica, chandler, phoebe, joey , but why not they all make a movie together?!

it's a totally AWESOME idea!! i was hoping they will do "FRIENDS, the movie". it'll be really, really great. i wasnt even that ready when the show went off the air, i still miss the show soooooooo bad.

YES...they definitely has to make a movie!Friends are my favorite TV show and even it wouldn't be such a great movie people will watch it , but it will be a great movie so it's okay!

They haven't agreed to do a movie of FRIENDS, but if they did I would watch it! It would be awesome to see them together again! They had amazing writers, and the cast would only agree to do a movie if it had an awesome script! If they shoot it...I will come!

Hmmm...what could happen in the movie? Monica and Chandler would have their twins, another adopted child and country life. She finds out she's pregnant. Ross & Rachel will have Ben (occasionally), Emma (always) and she's pregnant again. Phoebe & Mike have little Sophie & Mike Jr, move into Monica's old place, and she's pregnant again. Joey's finally a big movie star, fell in love and his lady is pregnant. = = = = = = = Friends is my second all time favorite show (after Golden Girls, of course), and the dvds spin in my dvd player almost daily. I love this show, but I had my closure with it. I can't imagine any of them really going for it. Not because it would make them appear like "desperate" actors, but...honestly, what could happen?!

For it to even be remotely good they would HAVE to bring back all the awesome guest stars/characters played by Reese Witherspoon, Christina Applegate, Brad Pitt (yeah right, that's definitely not gonna happen), Giovanni Ribisi, Kathleen Turner and a bunch of others. That would be pretty difficult to do considering those actors are pretty A-List and I doubt they need or want to do a "Friends" movie.

God, no! FRIENDS was only good for the first season or 2 at best. After that, it was SO UNFUNNY - All I could think of was where were blacks, Asians, Hispanics, etc. It was one of the most unrealistic shows around - Even my niece, who was 10 when she watched a couple episodes told me was ASHAMED of whomever put the show on the air. The only other time she watched it was when Brad Pitt appeared, and said with a snicker, "He's the only reasons the ratings doubled, and they STILL don't have ANY SKIN-TONES but FAKE TANS!" Here's something to brew over: It's impossible for whites/blacks to "hate" each; so many LOVE coffee and some take it with cream/milk! And what color are they? Think about it! 'BYE!
