I think this year she has finally found true confidence and love for herself...she allows herself to be pretty. I think during the "Stripped" phase she was over compensating for a low self esteem.

I was never a bit Christina fan before, but I REALLY love "Back to Basics". There are so many songs on it that I like so much. She seems like she has grown so much: in her style, in her singing (not so much oversinging), in her writing, in her maturity. To me, THAT is exciting to watch. I would much rather invest time in an artist who will push there own boundaries MUSICALLY, instead of someone who is concerned about pumping out the same old thing just to get their previous record sales. She took a chance, and I respect her for that.

Glad to see a previous teen pop princess has her head on straight. This proves it can in fact be done! Sure she goes out to bars here and there but she is proof that you don't have to be drunk and passing out...oops, sorry "tired and exhausted" all the time!

I think she looked good. I think her and Gwen Stefani could tone down the blonde a little but, but I thought she looked great. It was sad to watch Dick Clark though. I almost teared up when he kissed his wife.

I think Christina is very smart. She looked at what Britney Spears was doing and decided to go on the completely opposite direction. LOL

Christina is one of my favorite artists right now. She sings fantastic and upon that she always looks stunning!

I'm not a big fan, but the girl has an amazing voice, she doesn't abuse it, and she has her head screwed on straight.
