Ryan Gosling and Eva Mendes departed out of LAX yesterday and arrived at JFK a few hours later. Coming off the success of their funny Christmas video, it seems Ryan and Eva plan on toasting the new year from NYC. Eva and Ryan got together just a few months ago while filming The Place Beyond the Pines and have been spotted all over the globe on romantic dates. Their jet-setting love helped Ryan and Eva lock down a spot on our list of the hottest new celebrity couples of 2011.

It was another successful year professionally for Ryan, who starred in three films and most recently received two Golden Globe nominations.
