Ryan Gosling Filming With Rooney Mara | Pictures

Ryan Gosling met up with Rooney Mara in Austin to start filming their latest project on Saturday. The movie, which is still untitled, is being directed by Terrence Malick and also stars Natalie Portman and Christian Bale. Ryan's getting to work after promoting The Place Beyond the Pines at the Toronto International Film Festival with girlfriend and costar Eva Mendes earlier this month. It's just one of the films he has in the pipeline, including Gangster Squad, which was pushed back to a January release to accommodate reshoots. Rooney, meanwhile, wrapped up filming The Bitter Pill in the Spring and is kicking off Fall with her latest role.
