Yeeeaah, Ryan Phillippe totally looks like he should be getting behind the wheel of that car (I mean, one of his eyes is completely obscured by his hat and all). At least his less-than-kempt attire didn't stop him from finding a lady friend. Also, I've spent an unnecessary amount of time trying to discern what that is hanging around Ryan's neck, to no avail. A flashlight? A travel container for important medication? Half-binoculars? Does that make it a monocle? Is he wasted? At least he wore his clean pants. Oh wait...
