Scarlett Johansson and Sean Penn snuck out of a back door last night after attending the White House Correspondents' Dinner, hosted by Seth Meyers, in Washington DC. They then hit the Bloomberg and Vanity Fair cocktail party at the residence of the French ambassador, but apparently preferred to continue the evening as a twosome. She actually arrived to the first event on the arm of her brother Hunter, just as she did last year. Scarlett and Sean apparently have bonded over their love of politics — she recently showed off her activism in a PSA for Planned Parenthood, and Sean, of course, champions a variety of liberal causes, relief for Haiti in particular. Sean and Scarlett have found time in their busy schedules to focus on their growing relationship, which started once she separated from husband Ryan Reynolds. Now that Scarlett's living in Sean's LA home, they'll be able to see lots more of each other despite their jet-setting as a couple or on their own.

Everyone should respect their relationship, just like people are finally respecting Robsten. BTW, this is the first time Scarlett is actually SMILING while she's with her man. I'm happy for them.

I used to like her but clearly she's proved to be no different than all the other Hollywood tarts who become famous for everything but their acting abilities. Shame! She had me fooled for a while. What to say about him...good actor but I suspect he may be the next Mel Gibson.

He is so nasty - not because of how he looks, but because of his awful politics and crazy antics - the man is clearly a nut-job! Although I still do recognize his acting abilities, I find him repulsive as a public persona.

She's not pregnant. She would never allow herself to get pregnant before shooting The Avengers. I think she feels like she can let herself go now that she's with an old guy. Ryan Reynolds has abs for days and I think that kept her motivated to look good. Sean Penn has.........(someone fill in the blank)

Scarlett looks beautiful in that dress. I see the reason for the pregger rumors but it's just the angle of the photograph. Calm down people. Sean Penn is handsome! They look happy together. It's just that I wanted Sean and Robin to last forever. Change is hard -all those years together but hey, if Sean and Scarlett are happy we should be happy too but please stop saying you're not dating. It's silly.
