Scarlett Johansson Talks Avengers Costume (Video)

Hi there, I'm Lauren Bradshaw, and in today's PopSugar Rush, we're taking a look at Scarlett Johansson as she jokes about her sweaty Avengers costume and tears up at her Walk of Fame star ceremony. It's coming up right after this. Scarlett Johansson may look sexy in her Avengers costume, but she tells Jay Leno, it's actually kind of gross. Scarlett went on the Tonight Show last night where she got candid about her role in the upcoming blockbuster, and spoke about her big milestone that happened earlier in the day when she received a star on the Walk of Fame. LENO: Congratulations on your star, that's very exciting. SCARLETT: It was so exciting. Thank you, thank you. In case any one wants to visit it, or urinate on it, it's right by Madame Tussaud's right there, and I thought mine was going to like outside a shoe store, right down the block . . . Scarlett Johasson wore a pretty black and white Preen ensemble for the ceremony, as she unveiled the honor on Hollywood Boulevard, and Jeremy Renner took the mic to say a few words about his Avengers costar. JEREMY: Oh, I'm so glad you get to stand here, while I . . . SCARLETT; Parade me? JEREMY: Yes, while I parade you. Jeremy relayed a cute story about the first time he met Scarlett ten years ago at a Hollywood party, comparing her to . . . an old shoe? JEREMY RENNER: She was all put together, her hair all done up kind of like she is now, her hair all done up, this beautiful gown and then she was wearing this dirty pair of Converse sneakers with it, and that image sort of stuck with me, and represents who she is to me. SCARLETT: A dirty old shoe. JEREMY: You're like a dirty old shoe. SCARLETT: I'd like to thank Jeremy Renner for remaining my knight in shining armor and saving me today, you brilliant man, you. Scarlett showed her appreciation for Jeremy's kind words giving him a kiss and a hug but she especially got emotional while thanking another special someone in her life. SCARLETT: "My mom, Melanie, sorry, who encouraged me as a little girl to follow a dream just as long as I really wanted it . . . Scarlett teared up while talking about her mom who was watching in the audience along with her grandmother and her younger sister, making for a sweet moment during her speech.
