I have a strong feeling this has something to do with the scene where Edward threw him onto the Piano.. Don't really like that scene with a passion.

Dudes chill, according to Twilighters Anonymous and Entertainment Tonight ANNNDDD Summit, he was mildly injured during the filming of a fight scene in Eclipse. Apparently it's nothing major.
