When I'm craving sweet, I have GOT to have Stacy's Cinnamon Sugar Pita Chips! The cinnamon and sugar will satisfy any sweet tooth. A serving size is one ounce and in that, there's 140 calories with 45 from fat, 5 grams of fat (.5 grams being saturated) 115 grams of sodium, 20 grams of carbs, 2 grams of fiber, 6 grams of sugar and 3 grams of protein. There's also 22% iron. While this doesn't make a good meal or replacement, it makes a great snack as opposed to getting candy or a donut. *These are very delicious so I would recommend forced portion control so you don't go over-board. I like to take those one ounce snack baggies and bag the chips in there because if not, I'll eat the whole bag. lol.
