To the last poster- not true. I admire women in the public eye for their tremendous strength. I would never be able to hold up to total strangers criticizing my hair, every weight fluctuation, attire--second guessing every move or decision I make. Even the poll to the effect of should Cameron date Leo or Jude made no sense. Do we know her? Is she our friend? Being famous these days means that fellow citizens of the world become a combination of stereotypical in-laws and schoolyard bullies; that's unfortunate. I don't think we need face-offs like that for men or women. Truly ugly people are going to give themselves that awful title through the way they [mis]treat other people.

This is hilarious. Its funny how since they are guys women are so quick to defend them. If this was about women you girls would not hesitate for a second to call them ugly. Like you do on other posts about females. So catty against other women, but so sweet when it comes to dudes. Joel Madden is far from ugly btw. Javier is average looking to me, but talented.
popsugar should learn some respect these are some of the most respectable men in the business right now and for popsugar to call them out is plaine stupid ugly and ridiculous they have no right to do this and everyone that that comment about this i have your respect for not falling into their stupidity
personally, I love Joel. It's not the most attractive photo they chose of him, but that's where they were aiming with this stupid game.

What's so good or funny about calling someone else ugly? Echobaby and Popsugar, how would you like for one of your photos to be used in such a matchup? I think we should encourage all Sugar Community members to upload their real photos and we can create a new series of FaceOff games! "Bitchiest" and "Skankiest" would be terrific initial themes. What matters most is that we make superficial snap judgments on a stranger's character based on their appearance. Oh no-- that's too deep. Let's just stick to anonymously mocking people's faces. After all, the more we call someone else ugly, the prettier that makes us!

Who's the uglier guy??? I don't find any pleasure in these kind of games. Insulting,mean and below childish.
My sister had a phrase she used to use ... she called certain guys, "Repulsively attractive." It's all in good fun, right? :)

Javier is very talented actor, grown-up man who has a lot of success in his native Spain as well overseas. Labeling him as ugly is immature, rude, biased, and wel..narrow-minded.As far as the other guy, isn't he the father of Richie's children. How about some respect due to the fact thay now you are insulting both of them, Nicole and Joel. Author of this poll must be in her early teens. Only then some people find these games attractive. I think you should remove this poll. Very dissapointing.

These men are human beings. PopSugar prohibits personal attacks, yet finds it amusing to create a game based on an insult? Obviously the "sugar" on this site is artificial.
