I love the 3rd cut and color on Posh. Seeing her with the long hair again makes me realize how well she pulls off the short look.

Posh should take the color from the 2nd pic and use it with the style of the first one. But if I HAD to pick one as is, I would say the first one. Also, my favorite HBO series of all time has got to be Oz, followed closely by The Wire and Big Love.
