Suri Cruise Riding a Bike (Video)

Katie Holmes is teaching daughter Suri how to ride a bike. Hey there, I'm Lauren Bradshaw, and we have the sweet footage, plus the latest in how Tom and Katie are preparing for another big milestone. Decked out in a pink helmet and a stuffed animal in her basket, Suri tried out her training wheels over the weekend with mom, Katie Holmes by her side for guidance. Katie took Suri out along New York's West Side Highway for the lesson as part of their latest mother-daughter excursion, and PopSugar editor Lauren Turner is joining me now from work. Hey, Lauren. Hi. Really cute photos and video of Katie and Suri here. Yes, it looks like they had a good time. You know, sources have been saying that Katie's trying to give Suri as much structure as possible in these pictures of Katie teaching Suri how to ride a bike. Just for further proof that Katie's working on giving her a normal childhood. Right. Well and we know there were just in Ohio visiting Katie's family not that long ago. Now that they're back in the city how have they been spending their time? Well yesterday they met up Katie's publicist and her daughter for a cute outing. They went to Alice's Tea Cup, which seems to be one of Suri's favorite places, since we see them there often. And they also caught the Odd Life with Timothy Green. Oh nice. Well, as we know, like you said, she's trying to sort of create this sense of normalcy for Suri, a little bit of routine, and one thing that's going to play a big factor in that is she's sending Suri to school for the first time that's all so what can you tell us about that? Right. Suri's reportedly enrolled in Avenues which is a private school in New York and you know the classes start after Labor Day and reports say that Tom and Katie will both be there to drop Suri off for her first day of school since it's such a big moment. Yeah. And you know it's also going to be an exciting Fall for Katie, she's staring in the Broadway Play Dead Account. And she'll also be showing her Holmes & Yang line at fashion week for the first time. Yeah, great, well thanks Lauren for filling us in on all that. Thank you.
