Beware all of you in Miami's finest - Tara Reid has hit the strip. She is already losing her top and she is simply in jeans and her Juicy hoodie. She appears sober in these pics, but I'm betting she doesn't stay that way long. Also what's with her LV fanny pack thing. As much as I love all Louis Vuitton, I'm so not feeling that piece attached to her jeans.
