Perez Hilton is reporting that Life & Style Weekly has announced that The Wild On! host and Motley Crue rocker have gotten engaged.

Perez reports, "They were at her house drinking champagne when he suddenly proposed," a friend tells the pub. "At first, Tara thought he was joking." The move was very spur-of-the moment and Lee had no engagement ring, says Life & Style.
