Taylor Swift popped up in Hyannis Port, MA, over the weekend for a getaway with the Kennedys. She was spotted holding hands with Conor Kennedy, Robert Kennedy Jr.'s son, and hanging out with other family members. Taylor and Conor looked cozy as they ate pizza on the porch Friday and they were back together Saturday to go sailing with a group. Taylor's visited the Kennedy compound before — on the Fourth of July, rumors suggested Taylor was dating Patrick Schwarzenegger when they were spotted there. In between her East Coast vacations, Taylor traveled to LA to attend the Teen Choice Awards and met up with pal Selena Gomez in Malibu.
