Scary Teri was caught kissing Ryan Seacrest last week and now she is all over John Stamos. What's up with this? She totally looks like she is flirting. I don't blame her since John is still sexy, but seriously, is she wh*ring herself around town these days or what? I usually don't care for Teri and her style, but I do like that dress. The two were at a Starbright Children's Foundation event which honored Dakota Fanning.
