She also talked about her own history with hard drug use and how it was her father who helped her recover from it. 6-Year-Old Cutie Patootie Eden Wood Retires From Pageants, Performs on The View
Six-year-old Eden Wood has retired from life as a beauty queen to focus on her music career. While on tour, the Toddlers & Tiaras alumna stopped by The View to perform her new single, "Cutie Patootie." Her mom hopes it will bring Eden closer to Miley Cyrus status. The women of The View had much more patience for Eden compared to the hosts of The Talk last week; Sharon Osbourne, Julie Chen, and Leah Remini couldn't hold back looks of disapproval while watching Eden's performance on their show. To be fair, it looks like her mom toned down Eden's hair and makeup for Barbara Walters. Watch Eden sing and her mom defend it all.

Fran Drescher spoke with the ladies on The View today about her relationship with her gay ex-husband, and how she turned what many women would consider a horror story into her new sitcom, Happily Divorced. Fran seems surprisingly OK with her ex coming out, even calling him her "soul mate" and "best friend." She may have taken it so well because of the timing: he waited until years later, after her battle with cancer and when she was already in love with someone else. He talked about a fiber tablet that he thinks everyone should take before meals that will help to curtail the amount of food your body will want to eat during the meal. The only drawback to the pill is that it may leave a person feeling gassy. Whoopi had no problem with this side effect and let everyone in the studio know about it.
