Tom Brady took his son Benjamin Brady out for a walk in Boston yesterday. It's an exciting month for the Brady clan — Tom's wife, Gisele Bündchen, welcomed their second child just a few weeks ago. Baby Vivian Brady entered the world on Dec. 5. Gisele confirmed their happy news two days later, writing on Facebook, "We feel so lucky to have been able to experience the miracle of birth once again and are forever grateful for the opportunity to be the parents of another little angel."

Tom will have to leave his newborn at home with Gisele and Ben today when he hits the field with the Patriots. Tom and his NFL team are hosting the San Francisco 49ers this evening at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, MA.

Tom Brady bundled up for a Sunday afternoon trip to a Boston park with his sons Jack and Ben. Tom pushed the boys on a tire swing and played around the jungle gym before meeting up with Tom's parents, Tom and Galynn. It's been an exciting time for the Bündchen-Brady family since Gisele gave birth to daughter Vivian Lake at home last week. The couple announced their newest addition on Facebook with a sweet message and a picture of Vivian's hand. The timing was right for Tom, who has had a few days off to enjoy his third child before hitting the field again tomorrow when he and the Patriots take on the Houston Texans.

Gisele Bündchen and Tom Brady are the new parents of a baby girl. The supermodel announced Friday morning that she gave birth to a daughter, named Vivian Lake, earlier this week.

"We feel so lucky to have been able to experience the miracle of birth once again and are forever grateful for the opportunity to be the parents of another little angel," Bündchen wrote in a Facebook post, including a picture of her holding Vivian's hand. "Vivian Lake was born at home on December 5. She is healthy and full of life. Thank you all for your support and well wishes. We wish you and your families many blessings."

Bündchen confirmed that she was having another child in August, but rumors that she was pregnant for a second time circulated shortly after the Met Gala in May. The model was said to have asked Givenchy's Riccardo Tisci to make her dress for the gala with room enough for two.

Vivian Lake is Bündchen's second child with Brady; their son, Benjamin, was born in December 2009. Brady had another son, John, with actress Bridget Moynahan in August 2007.

Gisele Bundchen and Tom Brady took advantage of the Patriots bye week off and headed to Miami for a romantic getaway this weekend. Tom and Gisele were spotted out on a dinner date on Saturday evening, and on Sunday, Gisele hit the beach in a bikini. The two-piece swimsuit showed off her growing baby bump. Tom and Gisele are expecting their second child together in early 2013, and the new addition will join big brothers Benjamin and Jack, the latter from Tom's prior relationship with Bridget Moynahan. Tom has been busy with his football season, so the weekend break is probably a welcome one for the family. When she's not cheering on her husband, Gisele has been nesting in Boston, though she did have a sad moment recently when her beloved dog Vida passed away.

Gisele Bundchen joined friends for lunch in NYC at Bar Pitti yesterday afternoon. Gisele, who is expecting her second child with husband Tom Brady, ventured to the Big Apple after hanging out in Boston. Gisele and Tom had a Boston date night at a charity bowling event just a few days ago. Tom spent the day closer to home, taking his sons Ben and Jack for a bike ride.

Tom's been busy with the beginning of the football season with the Patriots. They had an away game last weekend against the Tennessee Titans, and in one play, Tom Brady got hurt, scarring his nose in a tackle. In a recent press conference, Tom addresses the injury and said, "My wife likes it, so I’m good.” Tomorrow, Tom and his team will host the Arizona Cardinals at home in their Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, MA.

Gisele Bundchen and Tom Brady treated themselves to a night out in Boston yesterday — at a bowling alley! Tom and Gisele, who's expecting their second child, showed off their skills on the lanes at the Mayo Bowl, a charity event benefitting Pitching In For Kids and Boston Medical Center. Tom seemed to be recuperated after getting a bloody nose in Sunday's Patriots game against the Tennessee Titans. Despite the injury, Tom helped lead his team to a 34-13 win. The Pats' next match-up will be closer to home, when they take on the Arizona Cardinals at Gillette Stadium.
