Tom Cruise After Divorce on Oblivion Set (Video)

Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes move on with their lives from opposite coasts. Hey there, I'm Lauren Bradshaw and we're bringing you the latest updates on the stars as Tom gets back to work and Katie steps out with Suri. Plus, how Tom's ex Nicole Kidman may have played a part in their split. It's in today's PopSugar Rush. Tom Cruise is focusing on work in the aftermath of his divorce from Katie Holmes. He afterwards was looking like his old happy self and was without his wedding ring as he mingled with the cast and crew on the set of Oblivion in California, while Katie stays back east in New York. Now, TresSugar editor Annie Scutter is joining me now for more on this. Hey, Annie. Hi. So we thought someone said what is Katie up to right now. Katie and Suri have been running around town going out to the grocery store, visiting the Children's Museum, and most recently, we saw them at Chelsea Piers with Katie's mom. We'd been hearing that her father had a big part part in the whole of divorce helping her with his experience as a lawyer. So it's nice to see now there are moms out there supporting her too. Yeah, nice to see all the women come together during this time. Yeah. But it's not just her mom is being supportive, we're sharing rumors that Nicole Kidman has actually been talking to Katie, so what can you tell us about that? Well, Us Weekly reports that Nicole has spoken to Katie in the past few weeks offering her some encouraging words which I actually found surprising to hear that they're friends because you don't really see them out together. But reportedly they've been friendly ever since Katie married Tom. Yeah, I was really surprised to hear that as well. Well what about Suri now because I feel like a lot of focus has been given to the custody. So, what's the latest on that? Well, Katie reportedly has primary custody but Tom's been given generous visitation rights. Okay. Well you know, the divorce was settled earlier this week but I don't think that whole saga's settled by any means. Definitely not.
