Tom just can't catch a break this year. He was voted the most irritating celeb of the last 16 years. He beat out Jennifer Lopez, Julia Roberts, Adam Sandler and Jim Carrey to take the #1 spot. The good news for Tom is he also made the favorite actor list - #3. Looks like his new publicist is already working hard to try to erase the disaster that was all over the press this year.
