Toxicology Report Confirms Coke - Should Lindsay Go To Jail?

Lindsay has been in rehab for almost a month now, and every time she extends her stay we get a little more hopeful that she'll finally stay clean. That being said, we've just gotten more details on the car accident that sent LL to Promises in the first place; apparently she had cocaine as well as twice the legal limit of alcohol in her bloodstream. LL was very clearly in violation of the law in more ways than one, so we want to know - do you think Lindsay should go to jail?

prison? I thought this was her first offense? ever heard of rehab changing an addict? I feel for her... i really do... she has everything going for her and f*cks it up... hopefully she can get back on track... and HIRE A DRIVER!

The only reason Lindsay is in rehab and has extended her stay is because she is hoping that she can use it as a "get out of jail free card". I'm sure she and her family are hoping, praying that she can exchange rehab for jail time and maybe just get probation. I truly do hope she's getting clean and using the resort.. oops I mean rehab... to the fullest extent. I think she should go to jail... I know these young starlets are getting upset because they feel we are using them as examples and "over-punishing" them for "minor" crimes (not that I find driving under the influence minor by any means)... and I think maybe that was the case with Paris Hilton... but Lindsay is a whole other story.

I like Lohan, I really do, but throw her in jail, seriously. Absolutely reckless and inexcusable behaviour. She could've so easily killed somebody.

If you break the law, you should go to jail. Lindsay is, like all the other young hollywood rebels, doing something that she thinks will help her case. By extending her stay in rehab, she is seperating herself from reality. As soon as she leaves rehab, I believe she will be off to court. Then shortly after, off to jail.

lets see: under 21, twice the legal limit, plus coke? Ya she needs to go to jail and for more than 23 days. Like a year at least. Sorry Linds, I was starting to like you again because it seems like you're trying to get better, but after hearing this, I'm back to not liking.
