Taylor Hatala is making a serious name for herself this year, and she's taking her "twin" with her to the top. In the 11-year-old dancer's latest video, she and 14-year-old Larsen Thompson, who Taylor refers to as her "fraternal twin," show off their amazing dance moves to Beyoncé's "Run the World (Girls)." In the short clip, the pair take over an office and basically prove that women (and girls) can run the show without breaking a sweat.

Luckily for you, Taylor, who nearly broke the Internet earlier this year with her insane "Anaconda" routine, is the gift that keeps on giving.
