Lindsay Lohan and 2 others were taken the the hospital after a car crash around 4pm today. She was (once again) avoiding the tons of photographers when she got into the accident on Robertson Blvd.

NBC news reported her, "black Mercedes-Benz convertible collided with a van" but Ms Lohan was going to be OK. No major injuries, but she was very shook up.

Perez reports, "Lindsay was in tears and in shock and she went into the store to get away from all of the paparazzi" and "There were helicopters circling above. There were fire trucks. It was circus!"
