Viacom vs YouTube

Viacom (my old fabulous employers) are suing one of my new favorite companies, YouTube. We all know YouTube is worth billions now that they are part of Google's family and Viacom owner Sumner Redstone is not taking it lightly that they are making money off many of his network's programs. In fact, today Viacom announced they are suing the video site for more than $1 billion!!! Hopefully they can all figure out this mess since we need a place to find all TV's best moments along with all the cute home videos. Finally, in case you missed it - watch Tom Cruise trapped in the closet on South Park one last time before it's removed!

Yes, there are several things going on with blackle and black google, but people tend to forget that there is more need of user interactivity then the stupid blackle itself. Now the age is of VIDEOS users are not going to shift from google to blackle just like that. There is a site named http://www.yaarii.com that gives the option to search videos as well as as the regular web search. I think I would bookmark this site , because it gives the option to see any video in the same page without moving your ass!

That whole thing pisses me off. I had degrassi stuff on there and they took it off because even though the show is Canadian it is shown in America on The-N and I guess Viacom owns The-N.
