Carrying a baby, and a 9-week old baby at that, in sky high 7inch heels just seems irresponsible to me -even if she has been practically living in heels for years.

I think its cute. She is not going to stop wearing heels or change her fashion style just because she has a baby. She has worn heels for ages so I think she does know to handle it besides she is carrying her baby so Im sure she's being careful. I like she takes the baby with her instead of leaving her with a nanny.
