David Beckham has become a global superstar for his athletic moves and good looks. We're taking a look at his career and exploring what his next big move could be!
Victoria Beckham wore a sleeveless coat of her own design to make stops at Barneys and Prada on Saturday in NYC. She's been spending the last few days shopping around the Big Apple, including a visit to Bergdorf Goodman on Friday. Victoria poked fun at herself by posting a picture from that retail run on Twitter with a photoshopped arrow to her mouth reading, "Look, I'm smiling!" She had plenty to smile about since it was Mother's Day weekend, and she tweeted a special message to her followers, writing, "Happy Mother's Day fashion bunnies!" — click into the gallery to see the funny snap!
Victoria was without her kids in the days leading up to the holiday, though she already celebrated with her family in March, when the UK marks its version of Mother's Day. Despite being solo on the East Coast, Victoria kept busy in between boutique visits with a visit to the Metropolitan Museum of Art's Punk: Chaos to Couture exhibit.
Victoria Beckham strutted her stuff in NYC yesterday when she visited the famed Bergdorf Goodman department store in a dress of her own design. Later, she hit the pavement again in a black frock for a stroll in the city today. Posh has been spending the past few days in the Big Apple after landing in JFK on Wednesday. As always, Victoria has been dressed to perfection during her trip; despite her new affection for wide-leg jeans and trousers, Victoria opted to go for a classic dress for her trip to Bergdorf's. If you are a fan of Victoria's fashion, don't miss out on your chance to win a Victoria Beckham handbag by voting in our POPSUGAR 100 bracket!
Victoria Beckham made an orange statement when she arrived at JFK Airport in NYC while wearing neon tangerine trousers yesterday. She is back in the Big Apple again after showing her fashion lines, Victoria Beckham and Victoria Victoria Beckham, at New York Fashion Week back in February. Since then, Posh has been splitting her time between her home base in London and Paris, where David Beckham is stationed to play with his new team, Paris Saint-Germain. Despite being one of the most fashionable celebrities around, Victoria missed New York's most stylish bash, the 2013 Met Gala, on Monday. Instead, Posh and David took their family to Paris over the weekend to go sightseeing and inspect the PSG stadium. Speaking of Victoria's fashion, don't forget to vote in our POPSUGAR 100 bracket for a chance to win a Victoria Beckham handbag!
We're just going to come out and admit it: we're completely envious of Victoria Beckham's wide-leg denim collection. Her easy-cool styling could make converts out of even skinny-leg devotees. That's because it's easy to channel the same leggy effect, thanks to the ultraflattering fit of flared denim (read: it highlights your waist and balances out curves with its flared hemline). So far, Victoria has shown off a light-wash pair with braided detailing at the waist, a classic dark wash, and just about everything in between. Head inside to see Victoria's best wide-leg denim moments — then shop your favorites.
The annual Metropolitan Museum's Costume Institute Gala takes place this evening! Like in years past, 2013's ball is sure to be full of famous faces and daring fashions. Adding to the star-studded excitement, this year's ball celebrates the opening of the Met's Punk: Chaos to Couture exhibit and will be cohosted by Anna Wintour and Givenchy's Riccardo Tisci.
Before the red carpet starts, we're looking back at memorable moments from the fashionable event in years past. Gisele Bündchen and Tom Brady are always the hottest duo on the carpet, though they get plenty of competition from fashion fans like Gwyneth Paltrow, Blake Lively, Beyoncé, and more. Click through to see all the amazing ensembles and star-studded glamour of Met Galas past.
Don't forget you can watch the Met Gala red carpet live tonight, at 7 p.m. EDT/4 p.m. PDT on Vogue.com — and be sure to check POPSUGAR tonight for all the latest on the 2013 event!
The Beckham family had a busy weekend in Paris! On Saturday, David and his boys, Brooklyn, Romeo, and Cruz, kicked things off with a stop by the Paris Saint-Germain facilities, where they kicked around a soccer ball. The rest of the day was all about shopping, with the crew stopping by a Balenciaga store. Yesterday, David and the three boys took in the PSG game against Valenciennes, which David was forced to watch from afar since he received a one-game suspension last week. He and the boys later reunited with Victoria and Harper for a special visit to the Eiffel Tower to dine at Le Jules Verne. The restaurant, which is located on the second floor of the landmark, features stunning views of Paris and is accessed by a private elevator.
All six Beckhams are in France celebrating David's birthday after he turned 38 on Thursday. He marked the fun milestone on Friday, when he met up with his girls, Victoria and Harper, for a sweet outing that included lunch.
Celebrities love wedding season just like the rest of us, and many of them have been busy hopping from ceremony to ceremony through the years and recently. Jessica Simpson attended two weddings within the last three months, while new mom Kim Kardashian was on hand for good friend La La Vasquez's nuptials back in October 2011. Victoria Beckham strutted through the streets of Rome with her husband, David Beckham, for Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise's ceremony, and the royals themselves are no strangers to the wedding rounds. In March 2012, Prince Harry, Kate Middleton, and Prince William watched the rice fly at a mutual friend's Swiss wedding. David Beckham was accompanied by his wife, Victoria Beckham, and daughter, Harper Beckham, for an outing in Paris today. Victoria and Harper arrived in Paris together in honor of a special occasion. David turned 38 yesterday, although the celebrations might have suffered a slight damper since it was announced that he was assigned a one-game suspension due to his late red card in Paris Saint-Germain's win at Evian on Sunday. David can seek solace in his girls since the disciplinary action means he will miss this weekend's title-deciding game against Valenciennes at home in Paris. David wasn't the only one in the family who got bad news this week, since Victoria also announced that the Spice Girls musical, Viva Forever!, would be closing early.
