#1 is right. Jessica is curled up in a corner in the fetal position, washing down her ice cream with a bottle of vodka. Nick traded way up with Vanessa. She is so much prettier than Jessica...even before Jessica got fat.

to marywise, i think jess was speaking to people like you. If nick got lazy and she left him, why is she with a jobless person who seems to have no life other than follow jessica around. She just thought she could do better, and valued fame than marriage, now they moved on and she will settle for anyone now .

I'm no Jessica or Nick fan but..... Are you kidding me. Jessica Simpson has better things to do. She is in NO WAY shape or form worried about an ex husband that she was obviously dying to get rid of in the first place. Jessica only used Nick to become for famous anyway. Once she got there and he got lazy about working, he was left behind in the dark. Therefore, since he didn't want to work, Jessica had even more reason to let Nick go. This is actually good news for Jessica. Maybe now everyone will finally shut up talking about her and Nick getting back together. They are obviously not the right pair...hey, it happens, so what. As for Nick, I think it's a big mistake. I know he's getting up there in age and his career is no more, but he still should wait on someone who doesn't make herself look like a whore, and who also gives him more of a bad name. It was okay for Nick to be out of the spotlight, but out of the spotlight and having bad press because of Vanessa, come on. Anywho, good luck to them anyway.
