Which still leads me again to ... is it in the children's best interest to call 911 over the confrontation? If she wants it handled legally, address it with the divorce and custody lawyers. Calling 911 and screaming at him in front of the kids isn't going to help her cause.

Kate claims he's doing the sitter, no one knows for sure. And really, is it in the children's best interest to scream through the gate and then call 911? Crazy people.

If it's really true that the babysitter is also daddy's bedmate...how can she take care of the kids while having daddy also having sex with her? And how will daddy concentrate on enjoying the kids when all he's after is the babysitter (sex) in his mind?Ok for those who argue that the babysitter and dad are doing it when the kids are sleeping...What if the kid (s) wake up during one of daddy-babysitter intimate time, and believe me, I know my son wakes up from time to time in the middle of the night..um...yeah..it's just inappropriate imho. The parents take turn spending time with the kids, Jon (and Kate) can go around sleeping with whomever or dating whomever during their free time, only introduce the other person to the kids when they feel it's the 'right time.' I can understand, if it's true, that Kate is upset over it. Why is she calling 911 though? Is that really necessary? This issue needs to be taken care of in court. But these two need to calm down and have a real adult talk where they both have to put the kids first. Dad should know that this is the mom's concern and ask him to entertain the babysitter when it's not his time at the house (if he wants to have sex with her during his free time, heck, it's really none of Kate's business).Tsk. It seems these two need a course in co-parenting. Then again, usually, when I watch things like this unfolding, only the first few years are the hardest, then mom and dad usually would end up working it out eventually as years go by and they get used to co-parenting.
