Apparently, the almost 5-year-old knows exactly what she wants and is taking charge of the planning, while it's Katie's job to make sure her vision comes to life. Katie also reveals that even though Suri's big day isn't until April 18, the entire month is dedicated to celebrating, and they kicked things off with a barbecue over the weekend.
