The return of The Hills is just around the corner, and the latest promo promises lots more drama. The show's fourth season kicks off on Aug. 18, and there will be new men, lots of arguments, and even some tears and jail time! The last season ended just two months ago with the Audrina/LC cliffhanger, and when we chatted with LC, she promised us that there's lots of surprises coming our way.
