Vincent Kartheiser is best known for his role as the entitled and ruthless Pete Campbell on Mad Men, but the actor ventures into new territory with his unexpected role in this weekend's In Time, playing the father to Amanda Seyfried's character. Yes, you read that correctly — in the movie, people stop visibly aging at 25, which leaves even the elderly looking young and fresh faced. We caught up with Vincent at a recent press day for the movie in Beverly Hills, where he talked about the movie's themes, playing someone considerably older than himself, and being inspired by his costar Justin Timberlake. Vincent kept mum when we asked about what's ahead next season on Mad Men, but he did reveal that Jon Hamm has been "wonderful" in his role as director on some of the upcoming episodes. Watch our chat with Vincent and see In Time in theaters starting Friday.
