I just loved Water For Elephants, Rob and Reese were great and C Waltz was amazing. Loved Rosie (the elephant). It is a beautiful story and Rob is absolutely great, just loved it!!!!!Well done :)

WFE was really amazing! Everyone in our theater clapped, cried and cheered at all the right moments. I had read the book beforehand and the movie really did it justice.

I saw the movie and I loved it. It stuck pretty dang close to the book and Robert Pattinson did a great job. Christoph Waltz was amazing (when is he not?). I had reservations about Reese's age for the role of Marlena, but she did a good job as well. If anything, see it for the elephant. That elephant should win an Academy Award, seriously! So, so, so freaking adorable and amazing.

Saw the movie and thought it was absolutely fantastic. Loved the actors. Rob was perfect. His American accent in this was flawless. he is so very handsome, and a very talented artist. Christoph was a maniac (wasn't sure if he was just a bad drunk, or bi-polar. Reese, whiney. But those were the characters they were to play. I thought the movie was very true to the book. Now able to visualize all the characters. Loved the "trunk" scene, and all the black and white photos at the end were awesome.. 5 stars for this one.

Pass! I loved the book so much, and might have thought about seeing the movie if they hadn't cast Robert Pattinson, who I won't watch in anything. Even in the previews I could tell they had zero chemistry. Reese Witherspoon is a delight, but she's so wrong for this particular role.

to be completely honest, didnt exceed my expectations...not that it was bad, but as always, movie can't comapre to the book. an i know that it is normal, coz u have to make last 2 hours, make it more visual and evertything. but there were some scenes missing, some major leaps in the storyline and looks a bit fast forward at the moments. i was fascinated by christoph waltz, amazing performance. rob and reese have done good jobs 2, althought i didnt buy their chemistry...agree with last comment about ages of actors, only one appropraite for book is rob, others not so much. but circus scenes were very nicely made, and the visual effect is amazing. i would give movie 3.5 out of 5..and would recommend it to people loving that genre and/or Rob ;)
The problem is the casting. Other than Rob, the other two actors are way to old for their parts. Reese is 14 years older than the part and although she is a good looking woman she does not look 21. To much of an age gap. The same is true for Chris, his part if 29 and he does not look 29. Does not look like the studio read the book before casting. Very little chemistry between Reese and Rob. More between Rob and Rosie.
Went to see the movie today. It was really great, a good old fashioned tale about how one man overcame personal tragedies to go on and have a good life.with lots of adventures on the way. It's a story for grownups who like to go to the movies. I was beginning to OD on superheroes, CGI, blood, guts and gratuitous sex. Actors were all wonderful. Yay!

Saw the movie- was fantastic- def a must see! Christoph was brillant. Rob was a great Jacob & Reese was great as well! Tai steals the show!

It may be a great movie, but I just can't. I reached saturation point loooooooong ago when it came to Robert Pattinson being phucking EVERYWHERE! *shuddering*
