Which Hollywood Marriage Story Surprised You More — Sandra and Jesse's or Kate and Sam's?

Hollywood was rocked this week by problems in the marriages of the last two best actress Oscar winners. Kate Winslet announced her split from Sam Mendes after seven years of marriage on Tuesday, just as she showed off her bikini body on vacation in Mexico. Yesterday brought the news that Sandra Bullock's husband Jesse James has allegedly carried on an 11-month affair with a heavily tattooed model named Michelle "Bombshell" McGee. Sandra apparently moved out on Monday, but he still did the school run this morning with his wedding ring on. Tell us which story surprised you more — Kate and Sam's or Sandra and Jesse's?

I agree with #7. Aside from a few mentions in some magazine articles, I've never seen or heard of Kate's husband. Sandra and Jesse however are more well known to me. And I think it's a little sad that people are judging his actions based on the fact that he has a lot of tattoos and looks "like a bad boy". Cheaters come in every size, shape and colour. Who's to say that if Jesee looked like a suave CEO he wouldn't have cheated on Sandra?

BTW...Jesse doesn't deserve a woman like Sandra. Everyone spoke highly of her at the Oscars and all I could think was, Jesse is a lucky man. But I guess not...

I say Jesse and Sandra only because they've been out recently. Also, Jesse spoke highly of his wife Sandra while he was on Howard Stern's show. He sound so sincere and loving talking about their relationship. It's sad that their lives have to be played out in the media. It would save some embarrassment if they could handle this privately, if she does decide to take him back.

I also cannot believe people are less surprised about Kate and Sam. I mean c'mon Sandra and Jesse hardly seem like a compatible couple. And this just proves the same old story that a good girl always wants a "bad boy" and that's how she ends up getting hurt.

I'm sorry but what did Sandra Bullock think would happen marrying a man like that, what guy would marry and have a child with a PORN star, come on, the guy would have to have no morals or values or respect for himself or others, what's the most disgusting part of that story is that chick said he didn't use condoms, Sandra was so exposed being with him, and why was she with him he looks gross ( to me) not the sharpest tool, looked dumb and sounder even dumber, had a lot of baggage (ex wife porn star, prison, custody issues, other children first marriage, just to name a few), and if you looked up trailer trash, it would be Jesse James's life..... sorry but she walked into this one.

I said Sandra and Jesse only cause um...yeh...Kate and Sam never cross my mind, but Sandra has been all over the news due to her Oscar win. Otherwise, the fact that Jesse cheated with a tattoo'd skank is really not surprising...

Truth is most people did not pay much attention to Kate's private life, which for the most part she keep out of the tabs. You also saw very few pictures of her and her husband out in public. Mostly just her and her kids. I didn't even think of her as married.

I'm more surprise at Kate bcuz they seemed like a solid duo based on her interviews.. I never liked Sandra and Jesse together.. and I don't see the cheating as a surprise.I mean isnt his ex-wife a porn star? Did sandra really thin he was gonna be faithfull? She look like she could kick ass tho I wouldn't mess with her
