Who Was Worst Dressed at The Oscars?

There may not have been any tutus or giant swans parading as dresses, but there were still a few no-nos out on the red carpet last night. Award shows wouldn't be as exciting without those fashion-don'ts for all the rest of us to bond over. FabSugar asked you who were the best dressed, and now we want to know who do you think was the worst?

Two Cents Jennifer Hudson - hands down - within this poll. However, Kirsten Dunst could have given the worst dressed in Oscar history a run for their money! The key difference between Jennifer Hudson's mishap and Kirsten Dunst's wretched disaster is this: Jennifer attempted to evoke a trendy, high-fashion, rich in colour, 'look-at-me' Oscar night look. What she got was spacey and over-kill. Word on the Boulevard is that Jennifer only wore this O'dela R look under fierce pressure from Vogue High Priestess Andre Leon Talley. However, she can play the Vogue-made-me-do-it card all she wants but this was her night and she should never have agreed to try that Trekkie jacket on to begin with! Kirsten Dunst, in contrast, is her own captain. She most certainly picked out this unflattering colour, lacey inspired, poorly cut, nighty. You can see how she arrived at a choice like this if you look at some of her looks at other events, she has always been into this victorian-esque look. And the key here is that it is not necessarily the dress but the body, skin tone and personality that got into the dress. I don't think there are many women in Hollywood who I would like to see with this dress on at any whoop-di-la event - and this wasn't any old whoop-di-la this was the Oscars! Get ahold of yourself woman! PS. Helen Mirren could have been in your Best Dressed Category - she is a piping hot bowl of talent, timeless beauty and class!

are you kidding me?! nicole kidman was the BEST dressed, and the worst wasn't even on the list: kiki dunst. washed out, bad fit, awful makeup, boring, blah. i also like j-huds little jacket. it was hip hop elegance. she can work anything. she has confidence.

I can't believe that Jennifer Hudson's dress had pockets! :( But she looked loveley when she received her award without that hideous jacket! And Kirsten Dunst's dress wad horrible (and her hair style- the bangs were too much!). UGH- Jessica Biel. . . WTH was she thinking? She looks like she's going to her senior prom with that hair-do! And I am shocked by Anne Hathaway- she normally looks glamorous. Her dress would be "okay" without the black in the front. I think that Nicole Kidman looked stunning. She needs to be taken off the list of worst dressed. I loved Gwenyth Paltrow's dress! It was BEAUTIFUL! :)

i think nicole kidman, anne hathaway and jessica biel looked fine. actually jennifer hudson didn't look that terrible either. just not amazing.

I'm not diggin Anne Hathaway's dress...It's a bit too matronly for a young woman her age. And I absolutely disliked Kirsten Dunst's dress, as well. That Cojo guy on Entertainment Tonight had her on his best dressed list!! I dont get it...

Leopard print is not acceptable to wear to the Oscars! What was Kelly Preston thinking?? I thought Nicole looked great! Anne Hathaway had a misstep...and thank god Jennifer Hudson took that stupid coat off for the actual show!!

Nicole Kidmans dress was fine. She can make that red bow work. But others should definitely not try to imitate her style. I hate the little jacket of Jennifer Hudson. Kelly Preston and Jessica Biel's dress are horrible. Yuck.

It pains me deeply to say it, but my beloved Meryl was probably worst-dressed. But she said in an Entertainment Weekly article that she pretty much doesn't give a crap about high fashion and being perceived a certain way, which I really found refreshing! But still - if she left off the orange necklace, the outfit would've been salvageable. Maybe the shoes should've gone too though. Whatever she wears, she's still #1 with me though. :)
