Worst Dressed of the Day

Fugly Fergie looks ridiculous. WTF was she thinking when she put this outfit together? She was in Berlin signing autographs for fans decked out in a cut off wife beater, partial tracksuit and tiara. I am usually a fan of the tiara but not with shorts and sneakers. And what's with all the makeup? It still amazes me that this woman landed Josh Duhamel.
