Worst Dressed of the Day

I still can't figure out how she landed sexy Josh Duhamel. Today's fugly Fergie outfit is all wrong. The boots, the animal crawling around her neck and the open stomach when it's raining - it all just doesn't add up. Oh and the purse and the shoes so don't go together.
