Sharon Stone never seems to fail me for the worst dressed segment. She is in Madrid for the premiere of Basic Instinct. What is she thinking with her mall hair these days? Her dress, which I thought looked nice at first since I only saw the top, is horrible when you look at the full length. What's with the short skirt and then illusion of the long length with the sheer fabric. Oh and those pink hoop diamond earring so don't match. Sorry Stone - you failed yet again.
