Would Reality TV Be a Step Backwards For Lindsay Lohan?

We're less than a week away from the first episode of Living Lohan, and of course Dina and Ali are promoting their new reality show anywhere they can. Dina even spoke out about why her eldest daughter won't be featured in the series, saying, "I told Lindsay I don't want her on the show. Doing reality TV would almost be taking a step backward as far as her career goes." We think that an appearance from Lindsay would probably boost ratings quite a bit, so tell us — do you think reality TV would be a step backwards for LL?

Stealing that girl's fur coat was a step backwards. This is positive for her as far as I'm concerned. She's done much, much worse.

she's family so she's bound to be shown i little bit every now and then. but she shouldn't be there all the time.

Yes, but not because I think she's a movie star (which she's not!)... but simply because I don't think it's a good idea for anyone in the public eye to put themselves out there like that.

I think this was already a poll, and I said no both times. It would give her SOMETHING to do, and would boost ratings. BUT, everything she does she probably doesn't want on tv..vodka in her water bottle, doing coke, and sexing up her girlfriend.

"Reality shows are for dlisters" which is why she should TOTALLY do it. That being said, anything she does is a step backward.

It's a step backwards if Lindsay was always on the show, but for "one" episode, to support her sister's new project, it's not going to hurt her career.

She never could really act all that well, maybe she can only do reality, but I would rather that she just go away! Also she looks really bad as a blond can't someone tell her?

Not sure she should be supporting her family, but herself..yes. Reality tv seems like a realistic option. If i were her i'd stash the cash AWAY from her mama tho...

Who cares... her career has been careening backward for a long time now. I'd say no, but despite actually wanting her career to finally hit rock bottom, die and put her out of our misery, that would mean she'd be on tv again. And I just want her to go away.

I dont think anyone should be doing this type of reality tv. But truly what is the difference between this show and having her whole life documented by the paparazzi?
