We've heard a lot about a Gossip Girl spinoff focusing on the life of young Lily, and next week we will get to see a sneak peek at the potential new show. Now it sounds like the series may not get picked up after all — apparently the show's fate is up in the air after mixed reviews, and there may not be enough room for it in the CW's Fall lineup.
