Are You Excited For Late Night With Jimmy Fallon?

In March, Jimmy Fallon will officially take over hosting duties of Late Night With Conan O'Brien, and to get us ready he's started posting webisodes previewing the show. As it turns out, Jay Leno is actually getting another nightly talk show on the network when Conan takes over his spot, but those of us who love our late-night fix can look forward to Jimmy. So watch the first webisode below and tell us — are you excited for Late Night With Jimmy Fallon?

I think NBC is doing the right thing by getting Conan to replace Jay ( i always thought Conan was funnier anyway). But NBC is making a bad choice by picking Jimmy Falon. the dude is not funny. he has his moments but that's it. why NBC just get Carson Daly to replace Conan? Or why not get a female comedian to replace Conan like Chelsy Latly?

oh Well here in Indiana Craig Ferguson is on the same time as Caron which is 1:35. Weird."I'm more concerned about how Conan will have to change his comedy to suit the timeslot and new audience he'll be getting. Stay true to yourself, Coney!"I know!!! Makes me sad :(

I really liked Jimmy Fallon when he was on SNL, but he seemed a bit awkward in the video with the flailing arms and stuff. Maybe it will get better over time, I'll watch his show a couple times and give it a chance. amloveaffair - Actually yes Jimmy Fallon will air directly opposite Craig Ferguson's show because he will be in Conan's former timeslot. They both start airing at 12:35 am.

I love him from SNL and he has a lot of potential, but he seemed reallly odd in the video. I think hes going to get bettter over time.

LOVE this guy! He was hillarious on SNL, but after he introduced Guns N' Roses at the '02 VMAs, I was a fan forever. Should be a great show!

omg Rowlkitty I was thinking the exact same thing! His waiving arms reminded me of Howie Mandel's old standup, just spastic. But I really like Jimmy and am hoping he does well! I think he'll offer a nice alternative to Conan, Letterman and Kimmel (I choose to ignore Leno exists).

to be honest, i can't really see him doing the same type of job that the others do - but i'm sure that i'll change my tune ones he's in the position for a while.

I don't really care about late night talk shows because most male comics aren't funny at all, but Jimmy Fallon was enjoyable on SNL and I think he could do a great job hosting a talk show.

the good news is that for this job he's supposed to look at the camera. On SNL he always had a problem with that, and the giggling.. maybe that should go.
